is a NEW educational program
that offers live performance in your classroom, during your Unit
for 2006-07
BardBusters
offers:

BardBusters
brings the theatre to you!
There’s no need to travel anywhere,
no need
to take students away from their other classes,
no travel risks, no need
for permissions, approvals,
or time-consuming paperwork,
getting volunteers and/or supply teachers.
Rather than
using other audio or visual mediums...call BardBusters
for
6 professional performers and a qualified facilitator
to provide a live
performance in your classroom! |

 |
BardBusters
was designed to be as accommodating as possible to teachers
while providing maximum student engagement. Macbeth is available
November 1st, 2006 and can be in your classroom when you want
us (on a first come/first serve basis).
There are three
presentations to choose from:
One Day Presentation
(for as low as $10/student) |
Two Day Presentation
(for as low as $15/student) |
Three Day Presentation
(for as low as $17/student) |
|
The first half of Macbeth
presented in one 75 minute period
(up to 3
periods/day) can be used as an introduction to the text and
inspiration for students to transform the classroom into their own
Globe Theatre. |
Macbeth
presented over two consecutive days (up to 3 periods/day) can be
used as either an introduction to the text and/or provide a live
performance alternative
to other media interpretations. |
Macbeth
presented over two consecutive days (up to 3 periods/day) plus a
facilitator for a third day to engage the students in fun,
structured activities based on the presentation.
Also included are supplementary materials in accordance with
Ministry requirements. |
